Breaking into Product

Circle Description

My name is Tido and I lead engineering, product, design, and security at Segment. About two years ago, I made the transition from being just an engineering leader to leading product teams as well. I'm happy to talk about a number of topics, but one of the questions that comes up most frequently (from new grads, engineers, etc.) is: Product looks awesome — but how do I break in? I don't have all the answers but I have some ideas and I'm excited to lead a circle on this topic for anyone aspiring to break into Product (no tech experience required)!
