Circle Description
After spending four years leading in the US military I transitioned to tech. I've grown from an engineering intern to the head of engineering effectiveness - a group comprised of seven teams and over 50 engineers. I've coached and helped engineers move from junior engineering roles to senior engineering roles and from engineering roles to management roles. I've also helped young women get a head start in the tech industry with the #builtbygirls program and I mentor engineers in Yelp's AWE program. I'd be happy to talk about career advancement and understanding whether the technical or management track is right for you.
