I'm Jason - a VP of engineering and product at talkdesk. I have more than 15 years of experience as an engineer and manager at startups and larger companies. I'm passionate about modern engineering practices and really enjoy sharing things I've learned in my career and learning from other engineering leaders. In this session we can talk about applying processes and practices like scrum and continuous integration, delivery, and deployment to your team and advocating these positive practices to your broader organization. It can be a far better technique to advocate for the right things to do instead of pushing back against those wrong things.
