Hey there! My name is Laurent Parenteau and I am currently the Engineering Manager at dash.fi, a vertical FinTech company serving brands that spend millions on digital advertising. I've worked fully remotely for the past 13 years, for large and small companies, some that were non-remote-friendly. In this circle, I would love to talk to you about becoming a manager: how to transition from IC to management, how to feel legitimate in this new position, how to establish leadership etc...
