A UK-based Fintech is looking for a mentor to host a 2-part private circle on "Influencing as an Individual Contributor" for their Senior ICs.
Description
Topics the customer would like to include:
- Having an impact through influence
- Influencing upward
- Influencing across the organization
We would like to start the fist cohort by early May. Although Europe-based mentor is preferred, we would welcome applicants who are available to conduct the sessions late afternoon UK time.
