I am currently the Senior Director of Software Engineering, Developer Experience & Productivity at Slack (acquired by Salesforce). My role involves leading a team of over 90 people and scaling & improving developer experience & productivity across Slack for all platforms like iOS, Android, frontend, backend, desktop & services. I also mentor & coach managers. Prior to this role, I was the Senior Manager of Mobile Developer Experience & Productivity where I was responsible for scaling the mobile developer experience & productivity team and helping the team to build best in class tools, frameworks & infrastructure. Prior to Slack, I was the Senior Manager of Infrastructure and tooling at Fitbit where I was responsible for scaling the team from 3 to 30 engineers and helping the team to build a device lab, best in class infrastructure. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, gardening and coaching people.
