I am Liz Rodriguez, Senior Director of Software Engineering at TopQuadrant. With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, I am currently leading a team of talented engineers and driving the development of cutting-edge software solutions. In my role, I am responsible for overseeing the entire software development process, from planning and design to testing and implementation. In the past, I have held various leadership positions, including Director of Software Engineering and Software Engineering Manager. During my time at Modernizing Medicine and Bridgevine, I have successfully managed cross-functional teams and delivered high-quality products that met the needs of our clients. My passion for mentorship and continuous learning has also allowed me to guide and inspire junior engineers and first time managers, helping them grow in their careers. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and reading books on leadership, which has greatly influenced my approach to mentorship and team management.
