Jason Fama is the Senior VP of Engineering at Talkdesk, running their engineering and office of the CTO. He has worked at a variety of San Francisco Bay Area startups, as well as larger companies post-acquisition. He has been lucky enough to work on data science, agile practices, devops, and managing engineering and product teams. In addition to having written for AI Magazine and participating in conferences, Jason holds more than 30 patents ranging all the way from data science optimization algorithms to heuristic optimization algorithms. Jason holds bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
