Crafting an OKR Process to Win Over Skeptical Engineers
Great OKRs drive growth. When everyone across engineering is oriented around what matters most, you accelerate product development and cultivate a thriving team. But engineers are often skeptical of OKRs. They're concerned about feature lists dictated by leadership, OKRs ignored after weeks of planning, conflicts with agile product development practices, competing priorities between product and engineering, and product metrics that seem out of their control. In this Circle, I will guide you through these common challenges and more. I'll also lead an office hours session where you'll discuss and improve your own OKR process.
