I'm Erick Watson, a Managing Director at SproutVest and Entrepreneur in Residence at Protocol Labs. I'm currently leading the development of drand, a blockchain-based project focusing on decentralized finance (DeFi). My expertise lies in business development, customer relationship management, product innovation, and venture capital. I specialize in go-to-market strategies, growth hacking, and building strategic partnerships. Previously, I held leadership positions in several tech startups, where I was responsible for competitive strategies, product marketing, P&L management, and customer engagement. My passion for business and technology has allowed me to successfully launch and scale products and services in the tech industry. Outside of work, I'm a mentor and advisor to a number of startups and early-stage entrepreneurs, using my skills and experience to help others succeed.
