Siva Dosapati

I am Siva Dosapati, a former Senior Engineering Leader at Meta. I’ve been in the software industry for 24+ years and had an opportunity to work in different domains, technologies, products, processes, and more importantly, had the privilege to work and lead some of the smartest and most passionate people. I believe in 3P (People, Products, and Processes) in running a successful organization and it will be a great opportunity for me to invest and grow the people I connect with and value to them My leadership style is centered around 3E (Enable, Empower, and Enroll) to bring out the best in people. I take time to listen, learn and lead the people to get on common ground and elevate them to greater heights. I have led 500+ people from different disciplines (software engineers, managers, directors, product managers, HRBP, Sales leaders, marketing, architects, etc) in my career Outside of work, I'm passionate about mentoring and leadership. I'm a mentor at Plato, where I help others in the technology industry build their skills and knowledge. I'm also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives. My goal is to create a more equitable and diverse environment in the workplace.
