I am Bavyaa Vasudevan, Head of Engineering at Point Digital Finance. Point is a series C startup and our goal is to make home wealth accessible and more valuable for all homeowners. I am also a Brand Ambassador and Mentor at SheTO, where I use my experience to help other women leaders. I have led multiple workshops to help engineering managers build their leadership skills. I believe in the power of mentorship, and strive to help young professionals reach their goals. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and long walks with my golden retriever, Shifu! I have 2 young daughters that keep me busy outside of work!!
