I'm Michael Weaver, and I'm currently the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Replicant. I'm part of the executive team and responsible for leading distributed/remote software development, site reliability engineering, machine learning, telecom and technical support teams. Previously, I was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Invoca for 7 years. I restructured the department and processes using DevOps principles, allowing teams to own individual services, also contributing to business and product strategy. I'm passionate about mentorship and teaching, and have been a mentor for the Plato project, helping to mentor engineers in their craft.
