As Director of Engineering, I am responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the daily operations of seven software development teams. I ensure these teams are aligned with the Product department and all are focused on achieving common goals. I also lead resource allocation and management, as well as budgeting for personnel. In my free time, I enjoy learning new technologies, riding motorcycle and mentoring young people interested in technology.
