Hi there, I'm Eric. I love building highly effective engineering organizations that are fast and nimble, while being sustainable over the long term. I'm currently leading engineering for AppFolio Investment Management, a B2B SaaS product for private equity investment managers. I've been with AppFolio for several years, from early startup through IPO to established public company. I have experience building and leading teams through each phase. I'd say my superpowers include creating high levels of alignment in the organization, creating high levels of autonomy and ownership, and keeping teams focused on innovation even with mature organizations.
