- Collaborated with cross functional partners such as Product, Marketing, Finance, UX and BI to drive a product development from ideation to productizing. - Improved internal processes within the team to standardize product development and deployment workflow to reduce developer friction. - Led efforts to standardize Billing workflows as a platform that can be utilized by other SurveyMonkey entities such as Wufoo and Usabilla. - Led engineering execution of package and pricing migration of SurveyMonkey's core offering without affecting business continuity. - Managed migration of Billing applications from an on-prem data center to AWS with a focus on reliability and scalability. - Led efforts to reengineer the subscription purchase workflow to allow for rapid prototyping and A/B testing. First A/B test launched improved subscription conversion rates by 4%. - Led efforts to engineer a team based credits system that allowed Enterprise customers to pre-purchase research credits to be used at a later point within the SurveyMonkey ecosystem. - Provide technical and career guidance to engineers.
