I'm a former VP of Engineering, conference speaker, and serial entrepreneur now working to improve engineering hiring. My strength is wherever technology and people intersect, so a few accomplishments I'm proud of include: growing a tech nonprofit from 25->50 employees, being a measurably great people manager to as many as 10 engineers at once, and teaching 20k people to code. Having worked at companies big and small (e.g. Google, BCG, startups), I've seen how the optimal strategy can vary under different contexts. Looking forward to seeing how my experience can help you tackle your next big challenge!
