Skilled in constructing efficient planning and delivery processes, providing architectural solutions and problem solving. During my years in management I have led multiple complicated transitions such as embracing agile over waterfall methodology, transitioning from teams to squads, introducing new technologies and automation to a mature and complex product and more. I also care about bringing value to the world and promoting diversity in the High-tech industry. I do so both at work and by lecturing and mentoring at various programs.
