I'm Viswanadha Pratap Kondoju, an Engineering Leader at Credit Karma. I'm responsible for managing the engineering team, and building software products that help millions of people make smart financial decisions. My recent role has been as a Mentor at Plato, where I have been helping develop the skills of a new generation of software developers. Prior to this, I worked as a Full Stack Software Engineer at Wayfair, where I designed and built innovative software solutions. Before that, I was a Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Software Engineer II at Teradata Aster. In my spare time, I enjoy mentoring and teaching. I am passionate about helping others realize their potential and reach their goals.
