On the business acumen side, I have spearheaded the organization's vision, values, strategy & OKRs in addition to driving the due diligence of multiple M&A transactions, while also managing a P&L of 100M+ and helped raise capital multiple times. In addition, I am a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with the ICF (intl Coaching Federation) as well as Korn Ferry Architect and KF360 certified.
