I am an Engineering Manager at Developer Productivity, leading two teams of up to 13 direct reports. My work focuses on defining strategy and vision, delivering a central developer portal with Backstage.io, and creating JetBrains and Visual Studio Code extensions. I also drive the adoption of AI tools like GitHub Copilot, and mentor engineers to help them reach their full potential. In the past, I have held roles in software engineering, product management, and project management. During this time I have consistently maintained a bias for action and adapted to changing technology, while promoting collaboration and innovation.
