Hi everyone, I'm Victoria, an Engineer Manager @ Robinhood, leading a team of 20+ engineers and managers focusing on empowering our customer support agents on our journey to democratize finance for all. Prior to Robinhood, I was at Coursera for a number of years that gave me experience on all business verticals across Consumer, Enterprise, Degrees, and across stacks on mobile, frontend and backend and eventually building teams and becoming a manager. I'd love to connect with you from broader topics like working in hyper growth startups, building brand new teams, building out hiring and onboarding process, collaborating with product and operations, to more intimate topics like being a first time manager, fostering inclusion and belonging in your team, having difficult conversations and leading teams through tough times.
