I have worked to direct and improve quality programs, reduce defects, and improve productivity. I have developed and executed automated test strategies, operational procedures, and quality methodologies to support the development and release of applications. My recent roles have allowed me to effectively lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results. I have also enjoyed mentoring and training other professionals in the software testing industry. I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential and have been a mentor in the Plato program for a number of years.
