Trushar Shah

I am Trushar Shah, having 22 years of progressive experience across founder-led privately held, established, and young publicly listed companies. I have broad and deep experience in building products from scratch, integrating as part of M&A, transforming and growing existing products, and assessing companies for partnership. I have worked with startups, midsize, and fortune 100 companies across various industries, such as fintech, supply chain, social media, tax, and e-commerce for B2B and B2C businesses. I have collaborated with cross functional teams in Product Management, Sales, and Support to drive successful results. I am also a technology advisor to the CEO/Founder of DART, USA, an early-stage startup that is working with non-profit organizations and government in India, developing data analytic, rating, and tracking platform using artificial intelligence. Additionally, I am mentoring graduate and undergraduate students at Rutgers. As a mentor, I love helping others reach their full potential and have a deep interest in Plato's philosophy. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and exploring new cultures.
