Stu Cavill

I am Stu Cavill, Senior Engineering Manager at Productboard. As a leader in the company, I take great pride in building and managing high-performing engineering teams to deliver exceptional results. My role involves strategizing and executing plans to drive growth and success for the company. I am also an Article Reviewer for LeadDev, where I ensure the quality and relevance of content for the targeted audience. Before joining Productboard, I was the Senior Engineering Manager for Cleo's Growth Pillar and Software Engineering Manager for Capital One. In both roles, I led and mentored teams to deliver successful projects and drove innovation within the company. With my experience and skills in mentoring, I have also been actively involved in Plato, a mentorship program that aims to empower and guide aspiring leaders in the tech industry. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs exploring new walks, travelling the world and trying new cuisines.
