I'm Steve Nield, currently heading Platform Engineering at Paystone. I specialize in building teams, cultures and platforms that enable organizations to scale fast and reliably. I love mentoring because I believe that organizational performance can be accelerated by helping engineers grow, find the problems they love to solve, and ultimately have more fun. Prior to Paystone, I spent 17 years as a consultant helping teams build and ship products that perform across a broad range of industries and company sizes. In my free time, I play bass, cook, hike and make terrible video games.
