I love mentoring because I believe that organizational performance can be accelerated by helping engineers grow, find the problems they love to solve, and ultimately have more fun. Prior to Paystone, I spent 17 years as a consultant helping teams build and ship products that perform across a broad range of industries and company sizes. In my free time, I play bass, cook, hike and make terrible video games.
