My leadership journey commenced at JP Morgan Chase, where I transitioned from individual contributor to leading diverse teams and overseeing complex projects. This role was instrumental in developing my strategic management skills and understanding of team dynamics. My professional growth continued at Acorns, a fintech startup, where I further refined my leadership abilities and contributed to significant technological developments. Following this, I embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, founding MediConn, with the aim of revolutionizing global healthcare communication using technology. Recently, I joined EvolutionIQ as a leader of their insurance guidance team. This role involves harnessing the power of AI and Large Language Models (LLM) to innovate in the insurance domain, aligning with my expertise in technology and passion for AI-driven solutions. In addition to my professional pursuits, I am actively engaged in community service as a volunteer fireman and a member of the Howell Education Board.
