I'm currently a Senior Manager at Datadog, leading a team of 4 Managers and experienced Escalation Engineers. My role is to provide guidance and support my team in the successful delivery of Datadog support. I've been in the technical escalations space for almost 5 years. I was previously a Manager 1 and Manager 2 in this field, and I was responsible for managing a team of Escalation Engineers who support customers with technical issues. I also had a focus on mentoring and coaching my team in order to ensure they reach their full potential. In my free time, I love to mentor and coach mentees in the Plato program, play competitive video games and listen to music.
