Sébastien Preneta

I'm Sébastien Preneta, VP of Engineering at Innovorder. I lead and manage the remote international IT teams, including Web Front development, Back-End development, Software Quality Assurance, and Hosting. I'm focused on defining and implementing methods, technologies, hiring processes and IT skills. I'm proud to have spread trust, culture, communication and collaboration inside tech departments. I'm proud to have also facilitated on feature team / Agile @ Scale moves and to have executed a massive hiring plan, from 25 people to 120. Mentorship and Plato have been integral in my career. Outside of work, I enjoy photographing, running, and climbing.
