Hi all. I'm Sébastien Baehni, CTO at beqom (www.beqom.com), a B2B company that is active in HR and Sales compensation (happy to give you more details if you wish). I just joined the company in 2019. Before that I was at Nexthink, a successful Swiss startup in which I had the privilege to see it grow from 35 to a bit more 400. In my previous pas life I’ve done a PhD in distributed systems and working as a developer for a banking company (yes, I’m Swiss citizen :sourire_et_yeux_rieurs:). Then I moved to the dark side (guess what, the management). I’m eager to be able to contribute to the plato community in, hopefully, giving some advices (at least telling you the traps I’ve been through).
