I am Sean Calarco, Director of Engineering at Reddit. I lead a team of engineers focused on creating best-in-class experiences for consumers, contributors, and moderators. I also serve on the advisory board of Resupply, leveraging my engineering, product, and transportation expertise to help make their mission of making giving simple a reality. Before Reddit I was head of Platform Engineering at Handshake and before that at The Predictive Index. I also spent over 7 years at Wayfair where I built their proprietary large parcel transportation network the WDN.
