Hi, I am Saikrishna Desaraju, Engineering Manager at Deliveroo. I have 13+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on engineering management and tech leadership over the past 5 years. I live in Dartford, United Kingdom with my wife and a lovely child who teaches me patience, empathy and the most importantly the "Why" mindset :) As a self-taught engineering leader, it was thought-provoking and inspiring to get mentored by the engineering community which shaped my skills in building high-performing teams, managing stakeholders, driving strategy and creating an impact at work. I believe it is time to give back to the community and share my experiences to inspire and motivate individuals to unlock their potential and progress in their careers
