I'm Saikrishna Desaraju, an Engineering Manager at Deliveroo. I'm responsible for leading teams working on MLOps and Experimentation platform capabilities. I have extensive experience in engineering and tech leadership, Product Strategy and stakeholder engagement. Before Deliveroo, I was an Engineering Manager at Marks and Spencer. There I was responsible for delivering technical excellence across a mobile engineering group comprising of 6 product teams and 1 platform team with a financial oversight of £7M. I'm also a STEM Ambassador and mentor at Plato, where I am dedicated to nurturing engineering leaders
