Sahil Talwar

I'm an ethical, people-first engineering leader with a track record of consulting and in-house success at nine companies of all sizes and all three sectors. I am VP of Engineering at RedShelf and a technical co-founder at Betsbooster, a startup building effortless, entertainment-focused arbitrage in the sports betting space. I also provide consulting on topics ranging from rebuilding performance management as a win-win framework, to addressing organizational dysfunction between divisions, to creating an organizational architecture that optimizes delivery. Previously, I was Director of Software Engineering at Oracle and led the C# practice at Excella Consulting. My lessons have been hard won - I've spent my career inadvertently jumping into ever smaller frying pans and getting closer and closer to the fire, and have benefited immensely from both painful experience and a set of deeply invested mentors who went out of their way to lift me up.
