Ross Overstreet

With over 15 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, engineer, and product leader, I have a passion for building and scaling innovative SaaS solutions in the billing and payments domains. I am currently a board member at Rev.io, a B2B SaaS billing platform that I co-founded and led as CTO until 2020, when I successfully sold a majority stake to a private equity sponsor. At Rev.io, I led product & engineering from 0-1, founding through successful exit. I owned product direction and strategy and created & led the product & technology organizations, roadmaps, and initiatives. Through this journey, I led and launched multiple products and major initiatives, such as core billing, provisioning, CRM, workflow, REST API, webhooks, internationalization, tokenization, PCI compliance, Rev.io Payments, Enterprise Customer Portal, and more. Additionally, I was instrumental in forming an award-winning annual customer & partner conference and highly-effective customer advisory board. As a board member, I continue to shape the strategic direction and growth of Rev.io, leveraging my expertise in product development, customer discovery, fintech, monetization, and go-to-market strategies, as well as participating in three add-on acquisitions.
