Roland Fiala

I am Roland Fiala, Senior Vice President of Engineering at UserGems. In my current role, I am responsible for leading and managing the engineering department, developing software architecture, and driving product development. I also focus on optimizing processes and strategic planning to ensure the success of the company. Over the past 15 years, I have held senior engineering positions at various companies, including Productsup and Searchmetrics. In these roles, I have honed my skills in building robust software, team leadership, product development, and process optimization. I am also proud to have been part of the growth and success of these companies. Outside of work, I am passionate about mentorship and giving back to the community. In my free time, I am a voluntary firefighter, enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with my family.
