Prabitha Ganesh

Hi, I'm Prabitha Ganesh, Director of Engineering at Nutanix, Inc. I specialize in building scalable, efficient diverse global Engineering/DevOps/Infrastructure teams. For over 20 years, my passion for creating an impact through technology has driven me to lead international teams at some of the best-known names in technology, including Box, Ericsson, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, PayPal, and Oracle. Throughout my career, I've passionately advocated diversity inside and outside the workplace. I have co-chaired the Women in Technology (WIT) Employee Resource Group and founded the WIT-OPS ERG, building a career community that empowered women within technical operations. Outside work, I mentor women and lead career development sessions for SheTO, enrich, Everwise, Plato, and Grace Hopper Academy. I also work with several women-owned stealth start-ups and non-profits, advising them on business plans and fundraising. I look forward to sharing my experiences and learning from you.
