Petra Hofer

Petra has rich experience in the software and high technology industries as a technology leader. She spent almost 20 years at eBay, helping the company manage its exponential growth and transforming its organizational structures in response to changing and emerging market requirements. Her team was responsible for the launch and support of eBay’s international sites, growing their revenue share to account for over 50% of eBay’s overall revenue. After several years as Chief of Staff to the CTO, Petra most recently led a transformation and innovation effort driving large-scale change across eBay's Product and Technology organization, ranging from business agility to engineering excellence. She is excited about learning and growing every day.
