Patrick Vice

I'm Patrick Vice, VP of Engineering, Product & Platform at Fullscript. I oversee the development of the Fullscript platform, which supports tens of millions of medical professionals and their patients. I've scaled with Fullscript, helping grow our engineering team from 5 people to ~120 people it is today. I'm responsible for guiding the product engineering team and the foundational teams that support them. My past roles include Technical Director, Tech Lead, and I was an IC for many number of years. Outside of my professional life, I like to be very active in the developer community, hosting Ruby Ottawa meetup and trying to attend conferences when I can. I'm passionate about sharing my experiences and providing guidance and support to leaders or leaders who want a sounding board to work through a specific problem(s).
