Nimrod Perez

I am Nimrod Perez, the head of Software engineering at LWF-Group. In my current role, I have successfully led the reconstruction of the engineering organization, implemented an efficient outsourcing solution, and executed a seamless move to a cloud provider. Additionally, I have played a key role in the technical due-diligence process and collaborated extensively with multinational entities in the travel industry. In my previous role as CTO and VP of Engineering at Bookaway, I oversaw the technical aspects of the company's growth and expansion. I successfully managed a team of engineers, implemented a Kanban system, and provided technical leadership for big data projects. With my strong communication skills and expertise in cloud migration and technical architecture, I played a crucial role in the company's success. Outside of my professional career, I am passionate about Plato and mentorship. I strongly believe in the power of mentorship and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others. In my free time, I also enjoy hiking and exploring new places. With my dedication to continuous learning and leadership skills, I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
