Mugdha Myers

(I have been considering a break from corporate life for a while now, and recently took the plunge, leaving my job at Youtube in July 2024. Currently focusing on mentoring and coaching) Over 8 years of management experience, managing full stack teams across web, mobile and backend. Most recently, led a teams at Youtube, launching a zero to 1 product. I have also led consumer feature teams on Google Maps. Before that, I worked extensively in security, privacy and authentication -- including building large scale privacy infrastructure, handling millions of qps. I have formed new teams, scaled existing teams and grown leaders on my team. I am passionate about building excellent products and having fun doing it. Managers succeed by enabling each team member to do their best work, and that happens when the team trusts and respects the manager. I have also participated in DEI programs to mentor women and minority employees.
