With 18 years of software engineering experience, I have an extensive background in leading remote teams, setting performance reviews, and developing infrastructure. My most recent experience includes working with Microsoft, Groupon, Redfin, DigitalOcean, and Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. I am a passionate engineer that is skilled in leading company-wide initiatives, test strategies, test planning, infrastructure development, test automation, and agile distributed development. Additionally, I enjoy mentoring others and have experience in guiding up-and-coming engineers through Plato, a program to help build a strong engineering foundation.
