I am an experienced Engineering Manager at Google, where I have been leading and coaching teams for over 2 years. In my current role, I have also taken on the additional responsibility of developing a leadership program to enhance the team cultures within the company. Through workshops and 1 on 1 coaching, I have successfully reached over a hundred leaders, helping them reflect and improve in their roles. I have also worked on team building workshops, both at Google and outside, to help individuals and teams thrive. With my passion for Plato and mentorship, I have been able to make a positive impact on the teams I have worked with. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, walking with friends, and exploring new places. I am also an avid reader and love to share my latest learnings with others. Whether it's through my leadership coaching or my interests, I am always looking for ways to grow, both personally and professionally.
