I am Kartik Lakshminarayanan, an experienced Engineering Manager with a proven track record of driving engineering teams towards successful product launches. Currently, I am a CTO at Sanvira INC a privately held startup focused on B2B E-Commerce, Logistics,, and Fintech. My responsibilities include driving the complex product vision for eCommerce Marketplace, partnering with Product Management to provide a multi-year roadmap, and collaborating with the AI/ML team to deliver services needed for the iCommerce platform. In addition, I have hired and scaled the Logistics, Marketplace, MyBusiness, and QA teams 3-fold, managed multiple teams responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of the the platform products, and implemented proactive service monitoring to reduce customer reported issues. Prior to this role, I was an Engineering Manager at Grove, a leading technology company. My responsibilities included leading the development and maintenance of the company’s products, leading the DevOps teams in building reliable and stable product experiences, and mentoring and coaching engineers and managers in technical skills, career development, effective communication, and team leadership. Beyond my professional work, I am most passionate about Soccer Refereeing, Plato, and mentorship. I love to share knowledge and insights with my colleagues, friends, and family.
