Hello, my name is Igor Tseluiko and I am a highly driven and accomplished professional with a passion for mentorship and continuous improvement. In my current role as a Principal Software Engineer at Altruist, I am responsible for leading a group of teams with talented individuals and driving strategic initiatives to ensure the success of the company. I am a strong leader who is dedicated to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, while also pushing my team to achieve their full potential. In my past roles, I have gained extensive experience architecting, scaling, and leading teams and products across Europian, USA markets. I have a strong track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations, which has allowed me to take on new challenges and advance in my career. Throughout my professional journey, I have found great satisfaction in mentoring and coaching others to help them reach their goals. My commitment to mentorship extends beyond the workplace, as I have also volunteered with organizations that support youth development and education. I've built Coding/System Design interview pipelines and rubrics from scratch and have conducted 300+ tech interviews helping business scale from 30 to 300 employees. I've also mentored prospect interviewees to scale the interviewing pipeline velocity in the same time maintaining hiring bar. Over the past years I've helped mentor and reach promotions multiple Mangers into Director roles and Mid, Senior+ engineers as well. Outside of work, I am an avid reader and enjoy discussing philosophical concepts, particularly those related to Plato. I am always seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and challenge my perspectives. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and am always looking for ways to give back to my community.
