I am Hamza Erbay, a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Udemy. In my current role, I am responsible for leading the subscription experience team and identifying product improvement opportunities. My main focus is on enhancing the subscriber experience and increasing retention rates. One of my key responsibilities is to lead projects within the subscription plan, using tools like GraphQL, microservices, and experimentation platforms.
