I am Dheeraj Khanna, VP of SRE, DevOps and Product Security at NetApp, Inc. I have over 25 years of experience in IT and my recent focus has been on SaaS (Software as a Service), SRE, Product Security and DevOps management. As a strategic visionary, I have a pragmatic business sense which drives teams to exceed business goals and customer needs. I am certified in IT and have strengths in tactical leadership, developmental management, facilitating projects, and follow-through on critical company projects and goals. I have been working with Plato for the last few years and have been mentoring students and professionals. My passion lies in developing a technology roadmap and delivering through successful execution. I am adept at leading cross-functional teams responsible for operations and service delivery with a focus on software development, process improvement, and Agile project management. In my free time, I enjoy reading philosophy and psychology books and spending time with my family. I also enjoy playing tennis and hiking.
