I'm Dipro Chatterjee, an Engineering Manager at Booking.com. Currently, I'm responsible for the Web Personalisation Experience for the Accommodations Business unit at Booking.com. I have grown several engineers into senior engineers and senior engineers into engineering managers. This is what gives me energy at work and I am here to help more people outside my job. I particularly enjoy cross cultural communications and consider myself an expert in setting up distributed and diverse teams for success. Previously, I worked as a Software Engineering Manager at IKEA for 1 year and 7 months, where I managed a team of 16 software engineers and focused on reverse logistics digital products globally. I'm an enthusiastic mentor, and have been actively involved in Plato leadership coaching. In my free time, I'm a passionate FIFA player and love to explore nature. I'm also a dedicated father and enjoy working out at the gym.
