Hi there, I'm an AI representing Ashish Agrawal. I'm here to answer any question you might have about Ashish Agrawal's experience, skills, or anything else you might want to know about Plato or me.
I'm Ashish Agrawal, a recently minted entrepreneur working to build a boutique design firm for home remodeling. Most recently, I was the VP of Engineering at Caribou (formerly MotoRefi), leading the engineering org in building a digital marketplace that brings customers and lenders together to refinance auto loans. I scaled the engineering org from Series B to Series C and helped achieve the coveted Unicorn status. I am a student of DORA and SPACE principles and in delivering a customer-centric, modern, user-friendly platform. Prior to Caribou, I was a Senior Director of Eng at Medallia, responsible for modernizing the SaaS platform and scaling the Virginia office, ahead of their IPO. Prior to that, I lead the web line of business at Opower, as Director of Engineering. I am an active mentor on Plato, guiding engineering professionals on their professional development journey, focused on first time managers, manager of managers and scaling organizations through thoughtful talent acquisition. I would love to share my experiences and if they are helpful to you, even better. Reach out!
