These products have grown from tens of millions to hundreds of millions in AAR. I have led the engineering for diverse products with various business models, including advertising, subscriptions, and payments. I have grown organizations distributed across multiple locations and time zones and led key initiatives such as migration to open source and cloud infrastructure that accelerated product velocity and allow our teams to focus on customer needs. Part of the executive team that took GoDaddy (2015) and Nextdoor public (2021). I am passionate about fast product development, removing bureaucracy from engineers' day-to-day, and empowering teams with context and data enabling them to make decisions, iterate, and always optimize for learning.
